A Cooperative Strategy for 21st Century Seapower
The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard recently released a jointly prepared document entitled “A Cooperative Strategy for 21st Century Seapower.” It represents a plan and overall maritime strategy for policing the seas in the future.

Three years on World War II PT boat
“Not all the PT boat crews were lucky. LeBlanc said John F. Kennedy’s ship, PT 109, was cut in half by a Japanese destroyer during a night patrol. He was part of the search effort but said Kennedy and his crew managed to reach land and were helped by natives to avoid Japanese search units.”
