Number of Warships sunk: Include all types of warships, including destroyers, destroyer escorts, patrol craft, and gun boats

Number of Merchants sunk: Include all types of merchants, including sampans, junks, and fishing boats

Total Gross Tonnage:

Total JANAC tonnage: If you use Auto TDC, multiply your gross tonnage by .7; if you use Manual TDC, your JANAC tonnage is the same as your gross tonnage

Types of Warship sunk:
For each vessel list the Date, Time, Latitude, Longitude, Class of Vessel, and Tonnage

Types of Merchant sunk:
For each vessel list the Date, Time, Latitude, Longitude, Class of Vessel, and Tonnage

Patrol Narrative: This can be as short or as detailed as the commander wishes as long as the spaces above contain the main details.
