The Stanard Files

Richard Stanard (Chief of the Boat) has done it again. Bookmark this one under "Fun Stuff."

He has opened a new site, the Stanard Files. It features a large collection of the funny things we all receive via email...jokes, links, cartoons, videos....in a nicely organized format.

According to Richard:

All you friends, relatives and brothers of the fish send me a lot of funny, interesting, thought provoking and/or actionable stuff!! I'm forever gonna forward them and I do fine until it comes time to decide "who gets what". Then, mostly because I have the extra server space, it occurred to me to put it all online - give you the URL and let you decide what you want to see/save/forward for yourselves.

My personal favorite is the "Sleighride."

Sir Francis Bacon is credited with saying "Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not; a sense of humor to console him for what he is." Whenever you feel the need for some consolation, I recommend visiting Richard's new site. You'll feel a lot better afterwards.
