The Stupid Shall Be Punished is one of my favorite submarine blogs. Its principal blogger, Joel aka "Bubblehead", has been "Keeping the blogosphere posted on the goings on of the world of submarines since late 2004... and mocking and belittling general foolishness wherever it may be found." In an era of political correctness, conflict, and confusion, Joel's insights and humor are refeshing. His blog is on my daily itinerary.
